would it be a little awkward considering that i will present it to my fellow students and that its about when they should stay home...

i dont want them to think i am telling them when to stay home and when they can go to school.
and im in 9th grade....i just dont want to look like a fool....like im telling them what to do...what do you think

by the way i go to an all girls catholic school and no one cares how they look or anything like at public schools...

I don't really think that it is a great topic because it could kind of offended your classmates and be the start of a conflict. I am in 9th grade, too and if someone presented this topic to me, I would think "Doesn't this topic differ from person to person?". There are much better topics then this one out there.
