If so is it actually helpful?
Have you tried any of the cures in the book?
What are some of the cures in the book and how long do they take?
Thanks

I have read the updated version of "Natural Cures THEY Don't Want You To Know About". Although the book continually repeats itself, most of the "cures" are valid. For the most part it lists many of the things we all should (but probably don't) do for health on a regular basis. Watch what we eat; no processed foods, no bad fats ( trans & hydrogenated), very little sugar. Get regular excercise, etc. He keeps mentioning his website & to sign up for his newsletter. Naturalcures.com I haven't checked out the site myself. Go to the library & pick the book up.
