um, i graduated last year and people bought their dresses from anthropologie, nordstorms, jessica mclintock, betsey johnson, bloomingdales, jcrew, etc
i luv the anthropologie dresses, but it depends where u live, i live in California, and we wore kindu summery dresses with flats or heels. good luck!

bloomingdales is definetly the best, plus it has a huge range of dresses, and most of them are gorgeous

macys has very cute dresses, as well as mandees, joyce leslie, estelles dressy dresses, and even little stores or boutiques.
