Have your employer write a letter verifying your income. This should work. Do the honest thing. You don't want to make something up and then when the landlord finds out, you won't be trusted and they might make you leave. When you sign your lease, you are stating that you have given true and correct information. It's not worth it to be dishonest.

See if u can get a co-signer. Most apartment complexes require proof of income before they will rent to you.

If you have no paystubs to show, you are going to be seen as umemployed. If its a corporate owned apt. complex that you are applying for, forget it that want everything on paper.
If its a privately owned apartment and a single landlord, you might be able to have your employer write up a letter stating your income. Most landlords just want to know how much you make, so they know you can afford the apt.

See if you can get a co-signer who can provide this info. Other then that you will have to start getting a paycheck stub.

usually people will get someone to make one for them, or just give them proof of your under the table job like phone number, bank statements etc.
