i have all the symptoms but its not coming i get really bad perod pains!!!!!!! im 12

be patient it will happen, and once it does you will hate every minute of it for the next 30 or 40 years.. seriously some girls start as late as 18 or 19 you at 12 are still at the young end of the scale if you are having cramps then maybe your body is just trying to make it's self ready for it.

I know you said you're 12 and I HOPE you're not sexually active ! But if you are you may be pregnant. If you are not having sex then don't worry it will probally come soon . Stress can often mess with your period. Even if you think there is no stress , you are still stressing over your period and your body knows this ! Rubbing a certain place on your heel , I don't think it matters which one , is also supposed to somehow stimulate certain "triggers" in your body to make that happen ! And if it doesn't happen , a foot fassage feels really good anyway and may help releive some of your stress . Try not to worry . Remember , your body knows if you do ! I'm 31 and my period is NEVER the same as it was the month before. I've been to doctor and he said "You have irregular periods " Yeah , duh.. So I know theres nothing wrong ,I'm just irregular. Just wear a painty liner when you are expecting it or if you are already late .but make sure you take something bigger in your purse.It's a good idea for any woman, cause ya never know. Our bodies are un-predictable ! Or a friend may need one and you could save them from what may otherwise be an embarrassing moment. Sometimes it also takes young girls a few years to be completely "on track" or regular. Your body is still going through alot of wonderful changes , that are necessary for life and womanhood. Don't worry ,be happy .If you got the pains ,it's probally on the way as we speak ! Good Luck !

If you recently started your period it is quite normal to miss one here and there. It usually takes up to 2 years for a girls cycle to establish itself. You will probably get it with in the next two days. But, if you have had unprotected sex you could be pregnant, yes even at your age.

Are you sexually active? If so, you could be pregnant. You still get symptoms of starting your period early in pregnancy. Talk to your mom and you may need to see a doctor.

Im 12 too i got it last year in march but like i no it depends on your hormones
When did your mom start ?
Aunts?
Girl cousisn?
It also depends on the people you hang around with... you might start the same time they do.
Oh and by the way you dont want to start it is SOO STUPID!

u may be pregnant or if ur under alot of stress u need to see a doctor it could be many things
