What Hypothesis should i use to know which burger place is more greasy?

ok i'm doing my science project on which burger place (in and out, mcdonalds, burger king, and wendy's) has the most greasy hamburgers. But i can't think of the hypothesis. The format for the hypothesis is

"if.............................then................because ...(most grease)
"If.............................then................because....(least grease)

please someone help me..........

NOO i'm not eating it i'm going to measure how much grease comes out of it. But i need a reason why the burger would be greasy beside that they used alot of oil and stuff. i'm i explaining this well?

If more than 99% of clients are fatsos then the burger place has the most grease.

If the content of grease disposed into the dumpsters measures to be higher, the burgers should also have a higher grease content.

If test subjects who eat hamburgers of restaurant X, Y, Z, etc., all other factors kept the same (calories, fat grams in other foods, etc) then the resulting weights of test subjects should indicate which burgers are more fattening.

If the employees have more acne then the restaurant uses more grease.

If the customers are fatter then the restaurant uses more grease.
