No, seriously. It varies. That's like asking what the tale-tell signs of a person who prefers blondes to brunetts is. Sure, teh signs are there, but you might not be able to see them.
I guess I really shouldn't have answered to begin with, I'm not a lesbian or a woman, so maybe I should just shut up now...

There really is only one sign of someone being a lesbian. They're a female who likes other females. As for bisexuals, the only sign is liking both genders. Interest in sports, infidelity, and any other silly stereotypical traits have nothing to do with sexuality, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

Lesbian: sexually attracted to women and NOT to men (what is difficult about that?)
Bisexual: sexually attracted to both women AND men (again. why is that so difficult to work out?)
