Hi.. i just got the the LG chocolate phone and i love it but im having real problems with the contacts!
my last phone broke with all my numbers inside it so i'm trying to add numbers to the new one.
Its so frustrating, whenever i add a new contact and try to call it, say i went to call mum.. i would click call and it would say... calling top up then actually put me through to top up, some of the others would call voicemail, or directories etc (one of the service the service numbers)
Some of the numbers are ok but the others arn't.
Another thing is that the service numbers are all at the top of the phonebook and when i add a new number, instead of the new number being added together with other numbers, the phone just randomly puts them inbetween the service numbers... so basically the entire contacts is a mess and im really stuck on how to get out of it.

It all depends on the Service contact numbers if they start with a > then they will go before your normal contacts

My friend has a LG Chocolate phone and is having the same problem - she has left it in with a phone shop so I'll let you know what they say
