Any cheer coaches out there? what is your 1 major concern?

i am going to be a sophomore next year and am trying out for the squad. As a coach what is your biggest "issue"?

I would have to say that my number one pet peeve is attendance. Cheerleaders have to work together as a team, and if one or more members is not in attendance, then the entire team suffers. Once a routine is generated, it is imperative that all girls meet regularly to practice.

Running second in place would be girls who are are not tolerant. As I said before, we are all a team, we need to work together to help each member rather than critisize or make fun of someone who takes a little longer to catch on.
