I have not idea really. Just a good routine and your baby will sleep through. It toke me nearly two weeks for my little man to sleep through at the age of one as i used to go in every time he made any noise. Dont do that.

Don't go down this road, I have heard of a drug, thinks it's called phenigan or something like that,

It became addictive to the little girl who took it, and it took her parents ages to get her off the drug.

phenigan,not sure about the spelling,they should be used very sparingly and only when the baby is a bit off.
