If you have an aim address and want to switch it to AOL, and you want the same address, how do you do it?

they are already combined so just go to aol.com and log in, trust me it works

I do not think that there are any aol addresses anymore. I had an aol address but they switched to over to aim. I can still be emailed to mrgone2a@aol.com, but when I send an email from aol it will be from mrgone2a@aim.com. There might be an explanation on the aol website.

I hope you find an answer as I have the exact same problem. I can send and receive as myemail@aol.com from outlook express but from the aol website it receives aol and aim and sends all as myemail@aim.com
I have found nothing on aol or google searches except your post.

call aol on phone line or email them for accurate information.aim is seperate from aol even though it is considered aol im. aol should be able to help. good luck
