Not necessarily, look at Jack Nicholson he's got some crazy looking eyes, but seems to be a great guy and fun to be around......:)

I don't know, but if you look at eyes of serial killers on TV, they look freakin crazy most of the time. So, I'd probably say yes.

oh goodness i hope not.....my daughter's eyes get all crazy when she's tired lol. she'll be looking at something and one eye will be looking towards her nose and the other will be in the other direction.....
