There's really not that many AO games http://www.esrb.org/ratings/search.jsp let alone ones that are created for anything other than sex. If you just want something extremely gory try ManHunt http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/action/manhunt/index.html?q=manhunt which isn't exactly horror but it is disturbingly fun.
