The book 'Citizen Girl'?

Question

I bought this book even though I had none of the usual 'clicks' I have when normally buying a book and to my disappointment it's a total miss, boring and just not my thing.
However... I would like to know how it pans out without needing to plow through the last 200 pages so has anyone read it and could you give me a short summary of what happens and how it ends?

i read page one of that book whilst in Waterstones, I knew right away it was a load of poo, sell your copy on ebay!
