Yes, it is possible for blonde haired humans to have all eye colors. Having blonde hair has no effect on your eye color. What determines your eye color are your genes, or more specifically the genes you inherit from your parents. It's all about genetics and which genes are crossed to make yours.

Blonde hair colour and eye colour are not related directlly in DNA but just have different gene frequencys in different populations, so of course a blonde haired person can have every eye colour, it is just more common to have specifice relationships in different popultions throughout the world.

you could have blonde haired individuals with dark brown, green, blue, etc. eye colors
