I have one child, and my tummy is the biggest part of me. Im not fat, but im about a stone overweight. Mainly my tummy so i was wondering what size waist im supposed to have?

There isn't a "normal" waist size since it all depends on things like if you have a child, your bone and body structure, whether you're pear shaped, etc. As long as you think you look good, who cares about measurements. What isn't normal is to have some 20" waist or something crazy like that.

For health reasons, your waist measurement should be no more than half your height in inches. It is also depends on your frame size though. I don't know how big your waist is now, your frame size or height, but 28 inches is generally quite an ideal and realistic goal.

I think it depends more on your height, but I think that a size 10 is about average for a 26 year old woman.

Depends on your height. But for an average height woman (about 5ft 6in) a size 12-14 pants is average
