I used to think the smarter but recent life experience told me otherwise. I know that without a lot of money you are nothing and no matter how smart you never will be able to better yourself by that alone. It is money that opens 99% of doors, gets you into 99% of "must be there" situations and, if you have broken the law in any way gets you out of 99% of trouble.
It is a sad truth but without money you are nothing 99& of the time.
Good looks help too of course - lol

I'l go for the first one which is "the smarter U R ,the bettetr U R" B-cause being rich can change U in worse 'cause U have money.Being smart is for life,being rich is just for a moment

hmmmm....if you are smart, you SHOULD have money. that means making yrself rich and being smarter are the same thing. idiots that inherit? id rather be smart and make it rich than be born rich. so i guess that means, the smarter the better ...and richer.

Neither, just because you are rich or smart does not make you worth being with. It's being a generally good and fun person, then again people who are generally good don't consider themselves better than others.
