I just read the Community Guidelines, and I'm still not too sure. If you are asking because of ReporterGirl, she picks randomly. I think she goes after the ones least expecting it, she's just trolling, she's not being serious. She just lacks the people skills to be on here as a real person with real input! She/he must realllly be bored!

according to mr/mrs reporter all the questions in P&S. those losers. I think every question that doesnt verge on child molestation or abuse, some form of crime or racial slur, and spam should be ok to be answered.
