"Fuerza Tio" which means "Strength Uncle"
this makes me think that his uncle might not be in the best of health right now, which if this is true, his uncle will hopefuly recover soon.

after his first goal against real madrid messi lifted up his shirt and his under shirt read "fuerza tio" which means strength uncle

There is probably a story behind it between him and his uncle.
