If you take a diploma from a college, and you want to go back to that college almost 20 years later to get a bachelors degree, will the credits that you already received usually still count, or do they expire? Also, since I already have a diploma from the school, is it possible that those credits are used up and cannot be reused for a new degree? Thanks much!

Dear HR497: Ask this question to the admissions office of the school you're applying to. Every school is different. If the credits are 20 years old, some schools may not honor them, whereas others will. Look into accelerated degree programs at colleges in your area, they're probably looking for adult students who are looking to complete their degrees. Good luck, and keep your eye on your goals.
