I'm in Canada, I have a 27 inch waist and 36 inch hips. What size does that make me, at some stores I'm 0, sometimes 3, but I really don't know.

Every company is diferent. You just have to try each size on to find your fit. Sometimes I'm a 0, somtimes a 1, sometimes a 3! It's random...

thats the same with me too.
it happens a lot at different stores
so basically when you go to a store just look for the size in between [in other words a size 1] nd see if it is too big or too small, that way you know whether to go up or down

Many stores intentionally label sizes as smaller than they actually are. Seemingly this is to allow the hordes of overweight persons to pretend as if they are not.
