Firstly, the "calf" is more than one muscle, secondly if you don't know the difference between involuntary and voluntary muscle and what "smooth" muscle is - you need a lot more help with your homework than the answer to this question.

A hint, if you can think about it and move it on your own, it's PROBABLY NOT involuntary....

All the muscles in the leg, including the calf muscle, are striated (not smooth) and are voluntary

This is easy... It's Skeletal, and it's voluntary. To be more specific it's the gastrocnemius and the soleus muscles.
