despite all the money going in africa they are still suffering. could it be anything to do with black people not qualified to rule their countries.

They're not actually handouts. "Aid packages" come with severely punitive strings attached which prevent sovereign governments from protecting their own people and their country's resources.
Imagine your parents had said that you couldn't move out until you had saved enough money out of your allowance to rent your first flat, you couldn't get a job and you had to pay them rent in the meantime. Barring a fairy tale ending, you'd be stuck there forever, wouldn't you. Aid packages have the same effect.
It's all about keeping the countries poor and open to exploitation for the sake of western profits. The G8 were quite happy to send that aid, they did what they wanted to do and got to look like they were being forced to do so -- which means people weren't questioning their motives or modus.
It's your tax money and the benefits are going to the wealthiest corporations, not the people you really need it. If you want to change the situation, direct your complaints at the real source of the problem, your government.

No don't be racist.
It's because the current borders were created by white settlers to suit their needs and ignored the fact that they often went through the middle of tribal territories.So now countries often have a dozen cultures who hate each other.
Sorting this will take a long time and lots of money but it is Europeans fault so they should pay for it.

No it's all to do with a combination of weather ,climate ,crop failure's year after year drought and waring factions in these particular countries western governments won't do too much to help because there is nothing there that they want oil for instance so it's left to charities to pick up the pieces as best they can. The western powers outlook seems to be f*ck you I'm allright Jack.

It is to be decided by ourselves ! Sending money alone is not enough but all other helps are also required to be shared with them to make a drastic change to the condition of Africa.

There is scientific evidence that africans are not as intelligent as the other races. But only by a little. Not enough to blame their problems on. - Not that i believe any race is less intelligent.
Intelligence also runs with survival. The European countries might be too intelligent for their own good as their populations are decreasing and they might not survive. Perhaps the african population explosion is more intelligent then we think.

There's nothing stupid about the question at all. He has a valid point and it would seem that there is nothing like an inconvenient truth to push the race-fascists' buttons.
My 82 year-old mother was putting ha'pennies into the school collections for Africans and all it seems to have got them is the world's biggest collection of Kalashnikovs.

Africa is like it is because whites went over there - just like with the Indian - Stole the wealth, and destroy the natrual way life of it's people. It's ashame that you, white people, can't see what you've done to Africa and it's people. After you destroy the natural way of life of the people and take the wealth, you leave them in choas; then blame then for you did to them. You are a trip!.

Depends on what happens with the rulers.....In Nigeria which has a large oil production availability and doesn't use it because of corrupt government run projects....may be in for a change in April with their elections. One of the candidates has said he will stop corruption in the government.
