Ask a estate agent to come value your home (it's free) and then they will tell you how many square meters there are in your house and outside and then tell them you changed your mind about selling and that's it.

or if one of your neighbors has a identical property you could ask them if they know how big there house is.

You should have a copy of the site survey done for title insurance when you bought the property or you can call your ounty and see what they have listed for it.
