If you really have no use for them, give them to good will! Some youngin might benefit from it!

For personal use:
1) You can set one up to run a peer-to-peer (such as Kazaa, Limewire, etc) downloading system so your 'real' computer doesn't get viruses.

2) You can use one as a file server to share stuff around the house.

3) Add a tv card and watch tv while using your other comptuers.

Other use:
1) Donate one to a family you know who could use one but can't afford it. If you don't know anyone, ask your local church or school....

I just answered a question about Ubuntu Linux. If, you not have Linux you might try puting it on one to give it a test drive. Or, just give them to some kids around you. I have friends give me older computers when they get something better and I load Linux on them and give them to the kids. They have a blast and get to tell their friends they using Linux, like it a big deal. I have two kids now waiting for them a Linux Computer. *Hint, Hint*
Nah, actually I have enough parts now to make them one, just need to find one more case and a power supply.
But, as mentioned above. Some people that would not be able to have a computer get one. They may have to wait a while.

You could definately donate your used computer to a charity or other limited income place.
also you can look up your local chapter of FREECYCLE
and list it on their website. On Freecycle you list the item you want to donate or give away, and then you choose the best
person from the responses you get. Great site. I use it all the time. You can also request things that you need, there,
Both giving and recieving are FREE. No Cost on either side.
And saves things from ending up in landfills.

You could give them to a domestic violence shelter. It can make a HUGE difference for the families there. Jobs can be searched for, email with other family, etc. Or someone like Boy or Girl Scouts, churches, etc. You can also write them off as a tax deduction if you give them to a non-profit organization.
