Why do some have higher levels than others?

Because there are a lot of different IQ-tests. Some measure different areas (e.g., language fluency, three-dimensional thinking). Some use a different calculating method.

And also, you IQ doesnt remain the same. The measurement is just a moment in life. When you measure a next time, results could vary up to 15-20 points!

Because it's so incredibly rare to have an IQ of 160, let alone above

some people already knows how to score high since they know the way those are made
