i know that the prophecies and the witches convey evil. anything else?

In Shakespeare's plays there are references to "The Great Chain of Being." Highest up on the chain was God, then below him were angels (and demons), and below them wass the king. The king was God's representative on earth, and so had authority over other humans. If evil occurred, it would disturb the Great Chain of Being. Therefore, the evil in this play shows itself in not only the acts of Macbeth and his wife, but in disturbances of nature: the thunderstorm, the king's horses going wild, etc. There is also imagery used throughout the play that shows evil, for example, the blood imagery.
