I watched a T V program about him. The rollercoaster he built work very well, as good as any in a park. His grand kids love it. So that is cool in my book.

What does it matter? As long as your not riding it or having to look at it from your backyard and you're not being sued when (Godforbid) it falls off the track and kills someone...why does it matter??
Just a question..not trying to be rude or smart or anything...just wondering if it will effect your life in any way.
(For the record, I think it's kinda cool!)
:o)

Probably a bit of both. Fun if it works right and terrible if it flies off the track. Must be some humongous back yard

I just watched that! I thought it was pretty cool, actually. If I had a back garden big enough I'd love to do the same :o)

I'm going with "stupid" - on the basis that he's probably due to get sued something awful the first time someone's kid gets into his yard and hurts himself on it. "Attractive nuisance" I believe it's called.
