What Cities or States are in the most need for foster parents? Are there any links on the internet that will give me more info on this that you know of? I want to move to a town that really needs foster parents. Where i am now, (in San Diego) they are placing people on waiting lists.

NY state is in need of GOOD foster parents. I live in Syracuse and we seem to have a very high rate of child neglect and/or abuse. Another would be Florida.
But I know for sure that my city and state are in need of good foster parents . There is a shortage here in my city. They have a lot of children in groups homes , and respite homes because of the shortage.
