That is because hackers have it. When you use OE, you are begging to be hacked, as with other Microsoft Products. Solution:
1) Ignore me and keep using Microsoft and keep getting virii and being hacked.
2) Go get open source software and put a stop to it. www.kubuntu.org

c:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Identities\\Microsoft\Outlook Express. Then you will have a dbx file for each folder e.g. Inbox.dbx.
But you won't be able to read the mail from this file it can only be used in outlook express.
