I am able to check my email account using IE7 or Mozilla, but when my wife tries to login with her account it no longer works. It worked earlier today, but just stopped all of a sudden. It just brings up "website not found."
I have tried -
---restarting PC
--- restarting DSL modem
--- using a second PC (same problem)
--- deleting cookies and all private data
--- using IE and Mozilla.
I am so confused, please help.

That's been happening to me all morning too. I can get into all other emails without problem and to all other websites, etc. But not to the main email account that I use.
It Must be a yahoo issue because so many other people are having the same issue today. I also tried doing all the things that you did + others with no luck.
Give it some time, must be yahoo.

If you are having no problems going to other websites, the website she is trying to access many be down. You might be able to access it through another link. Try your search engine and search for the site.
