either a white or black zip up hoodie or cardigan would look cute over that. I think the best would be to go for a short white cardigan so you can see more of the tank top.

Well at alot of clothing stores they sell tops that come down halfway meeting right below the chest that are long sleeved you should get a white one get some big plastic hoops with red polka dots some red pearls and maybe a plastic bracelet thats white o and a cute white headband, Aceesories ARE the key to a great outfit

Do you have a white zipper hoodie type shirt that is made out of sweat material? If not, see if you can find one that is the same white, that would look cute. (But why on earth are you wearing a tank top in winter?) Wait until warmer weather to wear that outfit and wear another cute outfit. =)

long sleeve white top. thats alittle see through so people can see the cute polka dots a little bit too!

A cute jean jacket or a black "suity type" jacket wiht a pair of light blue jeans with a hole in one knee..with some black flip-flops..that would look very cute..with maybe a big black bracelet and a white bead necklace..not pearl but like ones you can get from Claire's..you would know what ist was when you walked in the store and saw it

Well Kel, u should wear something like a white long-sleeve with a turtle neck with sparkles. If that not your type, look 4 a warm short sleeve.

u should try one of thos croped jackets that come down half way to like an inch under ur chest.
those go with lik everything!
there are some jean ones and other blck ones
route 21 has them in lik every colorâ¥
