depends on what kind of music you like. I like rock, so its hard to answer if you don't, so, find some songs with fast tempo and just some songs that just really inspire you daily...

listen to RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE,or SOULFLY, SEVENDUST, KORN, SEPULTURA, STATIC-X, those are great bands to work out harder, a lot of drum beats thatn pump you up, bye!!!! not rap that is annoying
