I have an i book g4. one day it froze and i pulled out the battery to turn it off. from then on it has not moved. i tried everything... no fan our anything when i press the on button. the battery says its full and the wall outlet is fine. is it locked or something? internal battery? how to fix?

it could be a bad logic board cause i know that alot of G3 and some G4 laptops have that problem so go to the apple website and find the link that talks about the logic board recall and see if your model is listed.

or you could try resetting the PRAM or whatever its called and see if that helps

Maybe your logic board, DC Inboard needs replacing. Call Apple or visit the nearest Genius bar or Apple Service provider.
