Or whats the best brand of lip plumper that i could preferably find at wal*mart or rite aid.?

There are a lot of good brands out there that make really good lip plumpers. I recommend going to Sephora, Ulta, or any type of beauty store/department store. Brands that are good would be Dior, Chanel, Duwop, and Lip Fusion. If you just want a basic lip plumper and nothing fancy or extreme, I suggest to use one from Lip Fusion. I head their really good.

Sally Hansen has a nice one (not to stinging)
I use one that is all natural and actually plumps them over time. I decided to try them because I "sell" this line of skin care and cosmetics.
I love it, but it doesn't (color) stay on that long. However my lips are somewhat plumper and very healthy and soft.

sally hanson lip plumper you can get it at walmart or cvs
its like 7 to 10 dollars
i use it it works really well

Craftsman 6.5 HP 20 gal shop vac has been proven in Consumer Reports to work best for plumping lips and other lower parts of the human anatomy. Careful though, you might chap your lips with too much use and have to use flavored lip balms which are dreadfully toxic and/or be inclined to use glosses to make your lips look hotter.

Mega lip plump by wet n wild I think you can get it at wallmart? but i'm not sure. I love this lip gloss it's the best!.
