Whenever I open Mozilla Firefox, the page keeps bobbing up and down; it gets really annoying. How to fix it?

You probably have an extension installed that is causing the browser window to jump around like that. Run Firefox in Safe mode from the Start menu and see if the problem goes away. If it does, you need to go to Tools - Addons and disable all your extensions and enable them one by one to see which one is causing the problem and remove that one. If it doesn't, you may have a problem with your OS and will need to talk to Microsoft or your PC manufacturer for help.

Why don't you download an earlier version of Firefox. That should help with the problem. When Microsoft does it upgrade things then some of the programs that worked fine before seem to have the wind knocked out of them. That just happened to me with Incredible, I found a site where it had earlier versions of most programs. I am not sure if there is one there for you, but what I did was removed the newer version and then when it asks 'would you like to upgrade' click no. Hope you find what you want.

try uninstalling and reinstall it.

Spy ware or a virus could of done this
