you should try making observations of things you see in your daily life or on the news. You can then give your own opinion of what you have seen and if you agree or disagree. You can talk about the upcoming elections or just any news story that is relavant to you. You can talk about what is going on at your campus or something that happened in one of your classes. It is basically an observation and your opinion.
