mine is 8 hours every day, and on top of that i always have a lot of homework. so what gives? i know other high schools aren't as long as this.. and if you're in high school, when does yours start/end?

At my school 1st period starts at 7:30 and school ends at 2:55 so thats about 7 hours but we also have a whole 50 minute period for lunch

I have a six and a half hour day. Doors open at 7:45, first period starts at 8:00. Lunch is at 10:41 for freshman and we leave at 2:30. I think a school day should be five hours. And should go six days a week. We have a 180 day school year usually but this year it is 182.

The tardy bell rings at 7:45, school ends at 2:35. Some people have almost an hour bus ride each way, on top of that.
