My dad cooks beef tongue occasionally. The first time I'd ever seen him cook it was when I was a teenager. It still looked like a tongue, even after he'd cooked it! It had the taste buds on it and everything! He'd fixed it for dinner, and when he fixed mine and my brothers' plates, he said we couldn't leave the table until we ate everything on our plates. My two brothers may have fallen for that crap, but I ate everything except the beef tongue! I sat in that kitchen for about two hours, watching t.v. before my dad just gave up and told me I could leave the table. He never tried to make me eat that crap again!

Either a minnow or a June bug. It did not bother me to do so, but it would probably be considered gross.
