Both sound and nuclear energy are forms of potential energy until they're actively unleashed as in the detonation of an atomic bomb or the sound waves that are the resultant reaction of a pin dropping. At this point, they have been transformed into kinetic energy.

It is certainly not kinetic energy but it comes from the conversion
of mass into energy by the relation e = m*c^2 which is not the traditional potential energy

I don't think it's any of them,since nuclear energy,comes from an atom..... I may not be correct.
