I have a 2 gal gas tank. How much 2 cycle oil should I add to make it a 25:1 ratio?

a little over 10 ounces

(256 ounces = 2 gallons)
1/25 of 256 ounces = ~10 ounces

You do the math, 25 parts fuel to one part oil
