Nope.
Think about it carefully, would an alien culture that has developed technology that is so advanced that they can travel distances measured in light-years really need to infiltrate our society like a bunch of undercover agents?
They would have been able to collect vast amounts of information on our planet simply by monitoring our communication networks.
If they were peaceful, they would have contacted us via these networks. If they wanted to colonize us, their technology would overwhelm ours easily.

In case you're really asking, scientisit have found a rock that has been dated to be older than our solar system (so it's from outside our solar system) that contains a microscopic fossilized organism. So there might be life outside the solar system!
