Go to the cosmetic counter and ASK the person. Free samples aint advertised, so you will only get them if you ask. but please:
-dont be greedy
-don't ask for samples while it's busy
-act like you REALLY care about what the person has to say about the samples and products.

If you shop at Sephora, when you check out, ask the person working there if they have any free samples.
They give you a bunch of free stuff, and if they dont have any, they are very nice about it.
