I've heard that rubbing alcohol or vodka is a good substitute for cleaning diamonds because it dries without spots (like water does).

Warm water and a few drops of ammonia makes diamonds sparkle! Use baby toothbrush and rinse well.

go to Kay they clean it for you or sometimes they give you your own cleaning kit.

not sure abt daimonds....but i think vinegar can help clean the metal jewellery
