I've grown a lot over the past month. I've learned that it was my fault my security deposit was taken, my fault I was getting sued by a credit card company, and my fault my life hasn't gone the way I wanted. Now I paid a settlement with the cc company, dealt with my security deposit being taken, and grown up a bit.

So, to landlords: tell me about the crappy things tenants do, so that I know never to act that way with my future landlords.

About 10 years ago I had a young couple move in and they proceeded to have baby after baby....5 in all...in a two bedroom apartment. I was advised by my attorney that this many people in a 2 bedroom is illegal and my insurance would no longer cover me. I gave them their 30 day notice. Three days later I went on vacation. While I was away they proceeded to move out..taking with them everything that was included in the apartment including the fridge, oven, micro, ceiling fans (4 in all), screens, shower head, blinds, baby clothing I had stored in the attic . The also trashed the place by drawing on the walls, deficating in the sink and flooding the the bathroom. Needless to say, we called the police as soon as we got home. The police did their investigation, found the couple living in a trailer park with all my property...arrested them for grand theft. The wife was put on probation...and as far as I know the husband is still in jail. Oh and btw...I sued them in small claims and won a $5000.00 judgement...of which I will probably never see a dime of.

Where do I begin? Well, never paying on time, destroying all the sweat equity you put into the apartment, in and out all night long ( I live next door to them), constantly asking them to lower the stereo, getting a dog with a no pet policy, letting loud, obnoxious friends live with them for months on end, ect. ect.

put 14 people on the gas, phone, electricity, water..... I had to run an eviction on all of them to get them out. should have used a gun instead...lol on myself to stop the pain. No renters ever again.
