First of all, baby girl, UGLY is a state of mind. There are several things that you listed that can be fixed. 1) Skinny-you need to eat high carb food as this will help you to gain some weight but you do not want to gain too much, so watch what you take in and how much you gain 2) Flat Chested- Purchase a bra with extra padding that lifts what you do have. Yes, the bras will cost a little more, but that is alright because you are worth it. Try going to Victoria's Secret and have one of the ladies there assist you, that is their job and they will not mind. Tell them what you want and need. 3) Bushy brows-Go have them waxed at a salon. I know where I have my nails done, they also provide waxing and they do a great job. Get with your Mother or with the techinian and decide what brow shape is best for you. 4) Yellow teeth-Go purchase Listerine Whitening Pre-Rinse and a Whitening Toothpaste, whichever you prefer and use them both at least twice a day but preferable three times a day for 3 months and then you can go to twice a day. Also use the whitening floss. Again, this is initially is a little expensive but well worth the cost because it is for you. 5) Long Wild Hair-CUT THAT MESS and have it styled, but mainly have it cut. Do something simple that accents your face and that is easy for you to do yourself. 6)Lip Rash-Use extra moisturizing lip balms constantly. Carry it with you all of the time. My sister has this and this helps her to keep it well undercontrol. Also, at night time before you go to bed, use a very heavy moisturizing cream on you lips and around them right before you go to sleep and don't lick them because the taste is awful. And the last thing I will say to you is every morning when you get up and every night when you go to bed, you need to start telling yourself that you love you and are happy to be you. Until you are willing to work on you and really put some effort into it, then nothing will change. You have to like you before anyone else will. I noticed that you ended with saying "I love you all", then why can't you just love you? I have no doublt you are not and I repeat not an ugly young lady. If your friends say this, then they are not very nice people and you deserve so much better. Now, get started on making you a knock out and before you know it, those so called friends of yours, will be so jealous they can't stand it. So go eat a bowl of ice cream and a piece of pie. Then have supper, then brush your teeth. The rest you can work on tomorrow. Please feel free to write to me anytime. I know already you are a beautiful person!!!!! Good luck, sweetie!!!!

#1&2: There's absolutely nothing ugly about being either short of dark-skinned, so don't try to change either. I suppose you could wear high heels sometimes if you like, but not all the time, it shortens your Achilles tendon.
#3: I was skinny and flat-chested until I was several years older than you. I have a C-cup now, and am at a very good weight. In a few years, some of the people who made fun of you for being skinny may be overweight, and you'll look great. You're only 15 and chances are your chest size will increase, but even if it's never really big, small and perky is better than big and heavy...
#4: Get your eyebrows shaped at a salon, and then maintain them with tweezers. Take a couple of minutes every day or two to pluck the ones that grew back in.
#5: Hmmm, Crest whitestrips, maybe? Or if your parents can afford it, professional whitening at a dentist's office.
#6: Get a very moisturizing conditioner and some jojoba oil. Don't blow-dry your hair. After it's air-dried, cover your hands in a thin film of jojoba oil, and then run them through your hair. If you put in the right amount, it shouldn't look or feel oily. That can take some practice.
#7: Apply lipbalm repeatedly every day. Not the medicated kind like Blistex because they're addictive and end up drying your lips more than anything. You could also see a doctor, and maybe get something prescription strength for eczema.
Please note: You probably look better than you think, and chances are you'll improve with age. I considered myself to be a very plain-looking teenager, but now I'm always being told I'm beautiful. Don't be so down on yourself.

JUst because you are pretty, doesnt mean youll have a bf.
1. how old are you? Im sure youll grow through a growth spurt at one point in your life. Short isnt a bad thing. It really does for a guys ego.
2.nothing wrong with being dark skinned.
3.When you say flat, do you mean completly FLAT or just an A cup? USe push-upbras. They can do a LOT for even acups Do you mean you have a fast metabolism? This isnt a bad thing either. Being skinny and short is NOT a bad thing. You can eat all you want and stay thin. ever seen anorexics? Dont stuff yurself.
4. hmm... pluck away STRAY hairs. Or if you REALLY want to change the shape of your eyebrows, take a look inside "beautiful brows" by nancy parker. http://www.amazon.com/Beautiful-Brows-Ultimate-Maintaining-Eyebrows/dp/060980670X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/105-7722831-8008415?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1173650012&sr=1-1Look through a bit of it on amazon. And decide which shape you want to flatter your face. But remember, THICKER eyebrows make a face softer and prettier. Just look at disneys Snow White and disneys Cinderella! If your bookstore doesnt have it, try ordering on Amazon.
5.Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day. DON'T use teeth whiteners. They weaken your teeth. Chew that whitening gum that's good for your breath. Look at your friends teeth! are they white?
6. Use hydrating, moisterizing shampoos and conditioners. Lemon juice is a wonderful hair spray(and it's enviromently friendly. Doesnt damage the ozone layer. We'll live longer). Just put some fresh lemon juice from a real lemon in a spray bottle.
7. USe CRisco. Y'know that stuff that you use to replace butter and margarine? It is a VERY effective moisterizer and soothes red irratated skin. OR, try rubing ice on it.
Let me tell you, you are
NOT ugly! EVERYONE has flaws!
Is there any chance you have some good stuff about you?
No acne is a VERY good thing! 80% of teens have acne! Good things can counterbalance flaws. An hourglass figure can make up for buck teeth. A beautiful complexion can do a lot to counterbalance those HUGE hands and feet. Youre not ugly. You sound at least normal.

Most of the things you mentioned can be helped and the ones that can't don't matter. Short girls are cute and look good with a guy of any height. Your tall girlfriends have to find taller guys.
Very dark skin is beautiful. Just be sure to keep it moisturized, and it will glow.
Gain a little weight and exercise. You'll grow some curves. Your friends are probably jealous because you can eat anything you want to.
Pluck your eyebrows. If you've never done this before do some research before you do anything. NEVER shave eyebrows. If in doubt, go to a beauty shop to have it done the first time, and make sure they show you how to do it.
Teeth can be whitened. Be sure to have your teeth cleaned at a dentist's before using any whitening product, or they might come out spotted due to the plaque on your teeth.
Get a new hair-do or hair cut. If you see someone whose style you like, ask them where they got it done. Most people don't mind telling you--they're flattered that you like their hair, or look at some hairstyle magazines, find a style that you think you could do easily and take the picture to the beauty shop with you.
Your lips are probably chapped. Don't lick them and use a good lip balm frequently. And be so glad that you don't have acne!
Do all this and then get some new friends. Tell the old ones you don't hang with ugly. And believe me, if they tell you you're ugly, they're not very good friends. Good luck and believe in yourself.

I don't know whether you went through puberty yet but if not then puberty will change the way you look a lot. But if not here is what you can do:
1. Doesn't matter besides you are only 15 you might still grow taller.
2. Doesn't matter. Why would dark skin be unattractive anyway?
3. Eat more you'll be less skinny. Some guys like skinny girls. Again you are only 15 and your breasts might grow bigger. If not and you are desperate, then when you are older get breasts implants.
4. Get your eyebrows waxed at a cosmetologist.
5. Get your teeth bleached at a dentist. Will cost you but will be worth it.
6. I don't know how long long hair is unattractive, but you can always go to a hair dresser and get your hair cut/dyed/curly or whatever else you want done with it.
7. See a doctor.
Plenty of girls and guys are 15 and have not yet been kissed.
PS: Don't bleach your skin like the above poster said. You don't want to be like Michael Jackson do you?

don't worry. i think i'm ugly, but there are still people who thinks i'm pretty. Just because a couple people said your ugly (someone said that to be once XD) don't mean everyone thinks you're ugly.
1. don't worry if you're short. at least you won't be taller than your boyfriend. and you still have plenty of time to grow. i'm 14 too and i'm only like 5'1
2. there are products that bleach your skin lighter, if you want to use those, but i have yellowish skin- i don't like it, but i deal with it
3. i have a very flat chest too, but a lot of people do too. i think small chests are much nicer than big ugly bulgy ones
4. pluck them. i have thick eyebrows too and i don't pluck/wax them but you can if you want. or you can hid them behind bangs
5. i know a wonderful way to make your teeth whiter. i do this: mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda together until it is a paste. then i use it as toothpaste and brush it against my teeth. do it once a week, if you do it more, it might not be very healthy for you, but you can definitely see differences.
6. i know a lot of people with "wild" hair. you can get it layered, it'll look nice. and cut your hair a bit, like maybe a few inches under your shoulders. long hair tends to get wild sometimes.
7. i don't know how what egzama is, sorry T_T but you can always took on the internet for tips and cures. also, you may be able to use makeup to cover it...
you're lucky you have no acne, because a lot of people do. that makes you special!
its ok. i don't have a boyfriend or been kissed either and i'm 14 too. if your friends said you're ugly, then are you sure they're your friends? anyways everyone is pretty to someone and beauty is not the most important thing in the world. what's more important is your personality and what you're like inside. inside as in the way you act and how your deal with hard problems.
don't worry. a lot of people worry about the same things as you.

Honey, Don't be so hard on yourself. Beauty comes from within. And are they really your friends if they call you ugly? Real friends wouldn't judge you on your looks but personality. If you have a great personality it will get you much further in life then your looks alone. It is just a stage that we all grow though when we are that age, you will blossom into a beauty just give it time.
In the mean time, ask your so called friends for some suggestion what to do. They will be able to help you out more than anyone on here. Ask an older woman, like Mom, aunt, sister, for some advice on looks.
Good luck to you and take care.

1 I love short women. I am 6ft 2 in however you are way to young for me, besides my wife won't let me have a GF
2 I am pale and always freckled
3 Skinny is great and don't worry bout flat it will change when you get a little older. Some women believe lesser breast creates more sensation from stimulation. This will be a big bonus for you and your husband/boyfriend/significant other
4 Wax, pluck, shave
5 whitening strips
6 go short and sassy most of us guys dig it
7 talk to pharmacist and ask about over the counter help. if not see a dermatologist.
At fifteen you have so many things going on inside you, it is simply amazing you don't glow in the dark.
don't jump some guy just to get that first kiss. there are millions of guys who will do and say anything to score. you are not a score card. hold on to your virtue and morals for the right guy and right time
Good luck

you can always use you best features to your advantage to look pretty
you should feel lucky that you're healthy and that you have thick hair .
now the other things are small, always moisturize your skin and always wear sunblock to keep the eczema away, go see a dr if it becomes bad or doesn't go away
use crest whitening strips or go to a dentist to get your teeth whitened
get a good hairstyle or even get a makeover and start wearing the clothes that flatter your body by getting help from friends or even the salesperson .
make sure you take good care of yourself and get your eyebrows threaded or waxed by a professional.
most importantly stand tall and look yourself in the mirror say i'm pretty and smile. you're only ugly if you allow yourself to think so never mind others!
