Are there any Marvel superheros that had both biological parents still caring for them while the superheros were heroes? The parent's can't have disowned the hero at any point, and the parental figure can't be other relatives, they must be biological. Are there any?

Can't say for sure, the loss of a parent is a stock factor in most Superheroes, not just Marvel, and is typically the catalyst that sends them on the path to being a hero.
In Post Crisis DC, both Kent parents were alive, but I believe Pa Kent was recently killed again in the comics and I know he was, on the Smallville TV series

The only character that comes to mind isn't really a hero, at least not yet, and that would be Franklin Richards, whose power level is supposed to be immeasurable. He's the son of Reed and Susan Richards of the Fantastic Four. Franklin is still a kid, at least the last I had read.

Darkhawk's mother was raising him, for a large portion of the run his father was thought to be dead, he was later found alive, so technically for awhile he had both biological parents.
