That is a difficult one, I don't think any name will go with blood, but you can try to make it less difficult. My older two arn't twins but are really close, only 11 months apart. We named them Dilyn and Dustyn. I am now pregnant with twin girls and we are having problems as well. My youngest boy is named Ayden.

I would not go with names that rhyme or are very similar. If you want them to relate do names with the same meaning or something. I have twin girls and they both have 11 letters in their name (first and middle). Here are some boy names:
Jonathan and Matthew: both mean gift from god
Elijah and Joel: both mean the lord is god
Owen and Noah
Logan and Luke

I've always liked the names Lee and Grant (as first names). It would be neat to name twins that. Not sure how it would sound with Blood, though.

Hmmmm....

Isaac Blood probably not a good one (I suck blood)....I seriously wrote the name before i realized that because Isaac is my favorite name...not for you though. Other not good ones: Alec Blood (I lick blood) lol, I'm sorry, I'm honestly trying- at least you can rule these out.

How about Joshua and James Blood. Or Ethan and Sam Blood. Thomas and Elliot Blood.

i like Cameron..or pushing it Kameron. Kamoron seems very awkward and mispelled. It additionally has the word "moron" in it. i might, in my view, use Cameron. it rather is an extremely good-looking call. Koda appears like the call of a panda bear..for some reason. It additionally feels greater like a nickname than an entire first call. Dakota "Kota" would not be undesirable. it is not my renowned, in spite of the indisputable fact that it rather is somewhat greater effective than Koda. Koda additionally appears like soda with a ok. i'm no longer able to confirm Koda working properly previous age 5. Kylan is plenty too sought after and made up finding. It additionally feels infantile..alongside with Koda. All ok names may well be too cutesy, and could desire to aggrivate them as they grow to be adults. do no longer forget that they could desire to apply those names for his or her entire lives. you would be able to like: Logan Jackson Carter Benjamin Chase Alexander Ethan Brody Keegan Travis Trevor Zachary Lucas Connor Derek Reese Blake Emerson Caleb Spencer Evan Carson Noah mixture concepts.. Cameron Lucas, Blake Alexander, and Logan Joshua Keegan James, Brody William, and Travis Matthew Zachary Joseph, Evan Michael, and Caleb Benjamin i wish that provides you some concepts.

I don't really have any ideas on names for you, but I do have another suggestion, please don't name them something like Andy and Dandy, or Tommy and Bobby, etc. They will forever be compared, so make their names different. They will respect you when they get older because of it. Congratulations and good luck!!
