I seldom meet my cousins because they are far away from me... and the seas of the Philippine archipelago separates us. During those times that we're together, I have this feeling I cant deny. Is it wrong to have a crush on your blood relative? I mean, I did not want to have this feeling... but i cant deny it!

My advice is, if your first cousin feels the same way, then go for it. That is, if you are prepared for a life of being shunned by a family and society who would strongly object.
By the way, ABC did this report that said statistically, genetic abnormalities from the offspring of first cousins was rare. If that helps you any.

No, because if you are a bad person that makes me one too. You said you never met her before and it's natural to react to an attractive female. The one and only problem is based on the fact your offspring might easily be afflicted. See how old that taboo is? So you think one of your cousin's is a Fox!! Just don't have any children with her!! Case closed!! Mine was a blond stud football player I only met that one time. But I didn't seduce the guy or try to bear his offspring!! Both Cases Closed!!

I don't think there's anything wrong with having a crush on a first cousin- just don't follow through and do something stupid you'll regret. Let it be that- just a crush.
