Looks to be Alfie Enoch, playing Dean Thomas. The picture (I think) is of "Dumbledore's Army" - the Defense Against The Dark Arts class that Harry, Ron and Hermione create.

I'm pretty sure (but not 100%) that its Zacharias Smith (Nick Shrim)... That was the only name on the IMDB pic that I wasn't sure of- but Zacharias Smith could be the one standing next to Ginny... dunno...
